Sips is a small London team building a drinks concept around the honeyed, citrusy lemon teas of Macau. We wanted something genuinely refreshing — not too sweet, not too try-hard — that fits the way professionals and visitors actually move through the day.
Our mission
Make the most refreshing lemon tea in London — fresh enough to taste the day it was made, light enough to drink another.
What we believe
Drinks shouldn’t need a sugar load to be lovable. Real ingredients, restraint, and a little personality go a long way.
The pop-up model
We bring Sips to offices, events, weddings and weekend markets. It’s low-fuss, fast to set up, and always feels like a moment.
